Profile

Mark has over a decade of experience in management, sales, service and transformation. He is enthusiastic about creating a culture of continuous learning and growth. Mark has led significant transformations for both the private (BT, EE and Plusnet) and public sector (DWP) by utilising strategy, data and user-centred design. As an experienced leader, T-shaped practitioner and trainer of roles, frameworks, and methods, Mark has managed several large and diverse teams and programmes. He completed his professional coach qualification from the University of BPP, London, and certification as a coach and mentor from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Mark's primary objective is to create a positive change by enabling individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential for success.
