A Tier 1 banking client wanted to build a new data analytics calculation engine, to help it answer strategic business questions more easily. Opencast supported the bank with the work.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) urgently needed to provide new digital services to support people and businesses as the Covid pandemic took hold in 2020. Opencast played a significant role in helping it to deliver.

DWP Digital offers an online service to give employers the tools they need to empower and encourage disabled employees and those with health conditions. Opencast supported the project over a three-year period with development and user-centred design.

DWP Digital, part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), wanted to see more consistency and standards in the way its systems were built, to help improve efficiency and reduce duplication. Opencast has worked with DWP Digital on digital projects in this space from 2020.

Opencast worked with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to help it deliver a platform for the new plastic packaging tax (PPT) online registration, return and payment service.

Working in the uncertain environment of Brexit and the pandemic lockdown, Opencast worked with Defra's Marine Maritime Organisation to help build a new online certification system for the efficient, compliant export of fisheries products to the EU.
