As Director of Talent Engagement and Workforce Planning, Lorna is leading Opencast's drive to increase the number of people working for the business, supported by a growing recruitment team and trusted external suppliers.

Lorna has a career in recruitment spanning over 15 years. Recent years have been spent working across the STEM industry, leading recruitment process outsourcing solutions for organisations including Balfour Beatty.

She spent nearly seven years leading Newcastle-based Northern Recruitment Group (NRG)'s technology business and setting up its interim executive search practice.

Lorna is passionate about solving complex recruitment challenges, collaborating across the industry and ensuring equality diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything she does.
