Linzi Shearer

Linzi Shearer is Head of Capability Development for Opencast's Architecture & Engineering practice, where she leads on how skills, learning, tools and behaviours come together to keep technical teams ahead of the way AI is reshaping client delivery.  Her background spans public and private sector learning and performance, including Legal & General and the establishment of a national learning academy. She holds an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) from the University of Surrey, where her research applied behavioural science techniques to bring about pro-environmental behaviour change.
