Cameron joined Opencast in 2022 to establish and lead the People Experience function, designed to support consultants to grow their careers, deliver impact for clients, and thrive at Opencast.

Today Cameron leads the People Success team, bringing together People Experience Partners (PEEPs) and People Development to create a joined-up approach to coaching, career development, and capability growth across the organisation. The team partners closely with business leaders to support consultant performance, progression and employability while enabling Opencast to scale sustainably.

Cameron has over ten years of experience working in people and HR roles across a range of industries, with particular experience in high growth, technology focused organisations. His work focuses on building coaching cultures, designing career and progression frameworks, and creating people practices that balance individual development with business success.

He holds a degree in Business with Human Resources Management and is a qualified coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Cameron is passionate about creating environments where people can do meaningful work, develop their skills, and build fulfilling careers while contributing to the long-term success of the organisation.
