After a degree in Drama and Applied Theatre at Northumbria University, Louise began her squiggly career in the Talent Engagement team at Opencast in 2019, where she discovered a passion in working with people and ensuring a positive employee experience. This naturally led to a move into the People team as one of Opencast’s People Experience Partners.

Louise believes that supporting employees means supporting them in all aspects of working life. Supporting with career progression, wellbeing at work and the overall work experience, Louise believes, not only brings out the best in people, but also ensures they feel fulfilled in their role.
