Jen leads our People functions and consulting capabilities. She works to create a place where everyone can prosper, and where the needs of our clients and the business are thoughtfully balanced with our team’s well-being.

Jen spends much of her weekends providing a taxi service for her eight-year-old. When she has the time, she enjoys keeping fit, cycling and tennis. She’s also a huge fan of Lego, especially large sets that are built over several weekends.

Jen is a retired footballer. When she was first started out she joined Croydon WFC, who played and won the Premier League and FA Cup. Although Jen mainly played for their Reserve side, she got to play against legends like Alex Scott and Kelly Smith.
