Jen leads our consulting Capabilities and People functions. She works to create a place where everyone can prosper, and where the needs of our clients and the business are thoughtfully balanced with our team’s wellbeing.

Jen previously worked at FutureGov, where she was Deputy CEO, and TPXimpact, where she was Managing Director of the Digital Transformation business, leading the business through a period of rapid growth. Before that, she co-founded a social design consultancy and led business development and strategy functions in mid-sized public service delivery businesses. She’s passionate about the power of design and technology to make complex and messy public services more intuitive and more effective.

Originally born in Ireland, Jen has mostly lived in London until recently moving out in search of green space and muddy dog walks.  When she has the time, she enjoys keeping fit, cycling and building Lego sets with her son.
