Emily has delivered user-centred and service design projects for central and local government, financial services and higher education, including HMRC, DWP, FSCS and Newcastle University.

With a background in content design and content strategy, she champions accessible, inclusive design and collaboration across disciplines to make sure that Opencast delivers exceptional user-centred experiences.

She leads a team of content designers, interaction designers, user researchers and service designers – and loves collaborating with other disciplines to create, test and iterate user-centred services.
