Angela has a background in engineering and holds a Masters and PhD in Design Innovation from the Glasgow School of Art. She has 15 years of experience in design research and consultancy through AHRC-funded Knowledge Exchange projects—Moving Targets and Design in Action—working across private, public, and third sector clients.

She is a Senior Service Designer at Opencast. Angela is passionate about making design accessible, using visual methods and storytelling to untangle complexity, and incorporating participatory practices to foster cross-boundary alignment in government transformation projects.
