Ciara works as part of Opencast’s people development team to shape and evolve the organisation’s learning offer to its people. She joined Opencast in 2022, initially working as part of the people experience team, supporting consultants as individuals in their growth and development. She now brings that deep insight into the needs of people at work to influence learning at an organisational level. With over 11 years of experience in learning and development, Ciara is passionate about driving engagement, performance and culture – and is always curious about innovation. She is currently exploring how AI can shape the future of learning at Opencast.
