Ben Mincher

Ben is responsible for overseeing Opencast’s central government and health and social care client relationships.

He has over 20 years of experience in Canada and the UK as a project manager and scrum master. He has worked with  public sector clients such as the British Columbia Ministry of Health, British Columbia Ministry of Justice, Health Canada, HMRC, DWP and NHS.
