Andy has over 30 years of experience in tech consulting and professional services, with 20 years in building, managing, motivating and developing successful teams supporting UK government. 

He joined Opencast in 2024 as Industry Director for Government after four years at Methods, where he worked with several central government clients.

Andy leads Opencast’s strategy for client development and supports strategic account development, delivering service excellence, organisational transformation, efficiency and improved citizen services to central government clients.

His strength and experience in relationship management with the UK public sector enables him to understand and simplify complex issues fast. 

Andy was raised in Hertfordshire, before settling in Edinburgh in 2002, where his passion for the beauty of the Highlands and appreciation of fine whiskeys are well catered for.
