Ready for a new challenge?

Are you looking for work that makes a difference? Do you want to work with people who learn and grow together?

If so, Opencast could be the place for you. We’re a growing tech consultancy that creates user-centred solutions with purpose for our clients in government and business.

The role

Working within our People Success team, the role of a People Experience Partner (PEEP) is to act as the primary people and career partner for a cohort of Opencast consultants, helping them perform at their best and deliver great outcomes for our clients.

Through regular 1-1 conversations, coaching-style discussions and career development support, you will build strong relationships with consultants, helping them develop their skills, navigate challenges and stay engaged throughout their time at Opencast.

You will deliver a high-quality consultant experience across the employee lifecycle. This includes supporting onboarding, project allocations, development planning, performance reviews and engagement initiatives, while ensuring key people processes are delivered consistently and effectively.

You will also take ownership of operational and administrative activities, including absence management processes, maintaining accurate consultant data and profiles, expense approvals, supporting timesheet compliance and ensuring consultants meet key organisational expectations.

Working closely with People Success Managers, Senior PEEPs and Practice Leads, you will identify themes, address issues early and contribute to continuous improvements in the consultant experience.

This is an early-career People practitioner role for someone looking to develop their coaching, people partnering, employee experience and operational people skills within a supportive and structured environment.
