We're looking for someone with experience in IT support who enjoys solving problems, helping people and continually developing their skills. You don't need to have experience in every area below, but we're particularly interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate experience in some of the following:
Delivering IT support in a professional services environment, with a strong focus on providing great support and user experience.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and user issues, including 1st and 2nd line support.

Managing and prioritising requests through an ITSM or ticket management platform.
Supporting desktop operating systems, including macOS and/or Windows.
Administering user accounts, access permissions and business applications.
Following documented processes and maintaining accurate support documentation.
Beyond technical capability, we're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and motivated to learn. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with others, take initiative, and find satisfaction in helping people get the best from technology.
Experience in any of the following would also be beneficial:
Microsoft Intune or other MDM/RMM tools.
Supporting macOS environments.
Microsoft 365 certifications.
Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce or Workday.
Experience in a service-led environment where collaboration, responsiveness and teamwork are important.
Whether you're currently working as an IT Technician, Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Engineer, this is an opportunity to broaden your technical experience, work with modern technologies and continue building a long-term career within IT Operations.
