PEEPs for our people

Support for consultants

Opencast is committed to providing the best support for its people whilst retaining a flat structure. Our team of ‘people experience partners’ (PEEPs) helps ensure that our consultants have someone advocating for their needs.

All permanent consultants at Opencast are allocated a PEEP from day one to support them with their day-to-day working lives. From personal development to wellbeing, PEEPs are there to enable, coach and champion our consultants.

Our PEEPs structure is designed to avoid unnecessary hierarchy and ensure our people are supported, cared for and given a voice whilst retaining their autonomy to drive their own career.

As we always say: if in doubt, ask your PEEP.

I love working at Opencast. The culture is amazing and the recognition the company gives for my work makes me want to push harder for our clients. I feel like I am directly responsible for the success of the company in my own way, which is nice!
