As a national business, we're open to applications from across the UK. Everyone at Opencast splits their time between multiple locations, including from our HQ and hub locations, client site or home. Travel across the UK is part of life at Opencast. This varies in frequency, and takes into account requirements of your work, our clients and your team.

PEEPs for our people

Support for consultants

Opencast is committed to providing the best support for its people whilst retaining a flat structure. Our team of ‘people experience partners’ (PEEPs) helps ensure that our consultants have someone advocating for their needs.

All permanent consultants at Opencast are allocated a PEEP from day one to support them with their day-to-day working lives. From personal development to wellbeing, PEEPs are there to enable, coach and champion our consultants.

Our PEEPs structure is designed to avoid unnecessary hierarchy and ensure our people are supported, cared for and given a voice whilst retaining their autonomy to drive their own career.
