Sinéad Cummings

Sinéad is a Senior Consultant Software Developer with experience across multiple government projects.

As a career switcher she has an insight into the challenges of a late start to tech, as well as a strong desire to improve the route into tech for women and diverse genders.

She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, has a strong presence in the Opencast Software Delivery Community and is building up a catalogue of public speaking experience, including TechNext, Agile North East and LeadDev London.

As well as her role as a consultant, Sinéad juggles her roles as an Ambassador for Code First Girls and being a Mum of one.
