Julia is a business psychologist, facilitator and team coach. She set up People Science Consulting in 2019 to help businesses with team, leadership and talent development. She spent 25 years in international leadership roles for companies such as GE and Virgin. People Science aims to bring business psychology and behavioural science to businesses in a way that is practical and impactful. Julia is also a partner in MI-Say, a business that helps companies understand how their new people and leavers feel about the organisation. Her purpose is to inspire aspirations and grow talent, a purpose that underpins everything she does with her clients and the volunteering work she does.
