Talent Engagement Coordinator

The Role

You'll make the journey for potential Opencast candidates the best it can be. You’ll support our internal teams by managing the candidate experience. You'll ensure our candidates glide through the process. You'll help make it a positive experience for all involved.  
 
As you grow, you’ll become more involved in initiatives within our talent strategy. This includes events, marketing and planning. Ultimately, you'll support us hiring great people for Opencast. 

What you'll do within our teams

  • Support the recruitment journey, working within the Talent Engagement team  
  • Communicate with candidates to ensure a consistent, speedy and positive experience  
  • Schedule and manage candidate interviews    
  • Work with our agency partners to progress candidates through the process   
  • Support special projects and initiatives to achieve organisational objectives   
  • Create and manage advertisements 
  • Support marketing content for social and internal use   
  • Showcase and attend events for Opencast    
  • Use insights to suggest and implement new, creative ideas and ways of working    
  • Be a guardian of our brand and culture

    Where you’ll work 
    At Opencast, we’re not remote-first – we’re hybrid. Our hybrid working model is about being in the right place at the right time to deliver your work, taking into account the requirements of your client and your team as well as your own. This could mean working at a client site, remotely at home or at one of our offices around the UK.
     
    Interview process 
    Interviews take place over Microsoft Teams. If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll do everything we can to support and make any necessary adjustments. We want to ensure everyone has the best possible interview experience. 
     
    Applicants from overseas 
    We accept applicants from overseas but once you’re appointed you need to work in the UK.
