The role of Learning and Development Coordinator is to provide exceptional support services as part of the wider People team at Opencast. Working with the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will make our learning journey the best it can be by helping to coordinate, organise and administer learning activity across the company. You will have a data driven mindset and will work with available data to monitor how learning opportunities are being used, understanding the effectiveness of the learning we offer. You will be people orientated, passionate and excited to develop as a learning and development practitioner, ultimately providing a great experience for people at Opencast

Where you’ll work
At Opencast we trust our people to make the right decisions. You may work remotely from home or, depending on your project, you may be required to occasionally work at a client site or your nearest Opencast office.
Interviews take place over Microsoft Teams. If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll do everything we can to support and make any necessary adjustments. We want to ensure everyone has the best possible interview experience.
