The role
 
Are you a creative and dynamic marketing professional looking to develop your career at a purpose-driven organisation? We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive to join our collaborative and friendly team.
 
Opencast’s purpose is making life better through the power of people and technology. This exciting, hands-on role will make a real difference in telling the Opencast story, growing the brand and increasing our impact. As Brand & Marketing Executive you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Opencast's services and solutions.
 
You’ll bring exceptional creativity, communications skills and lots of enthusiasm. You’ll be well-versed in social media management, content creation and event organisation. It would be great if you’ve got experience of reporting and data analysis too. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential experience

Proven track record of successful social media management, event organisation, content creation and general marketing.
Ability to think outside the box and craft innovative, on-brand marketing campaigns and content.
Understanding of how customer-driven marketing works and how that impacts campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in crafting engaging and impactful copy.
Understanding of marketing metrics and ability to analyse data to spot trends.
Strong proficiency in using analytics tools.
Social media tracking and competitor monitoring.
Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable experience

Experience using analytical tools Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Hootsuite.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, would be advantageous.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana and other project management tools would also be valuable.
Experience managing paid advertising across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn would beneficial.

Salary

Salary range: £28,000-£35,000

Where you’ll work 

Your working time at Opencast will be split between multiple locations, including from our HQ and hub locations, client site or home. Travel across the UK is part of life at Opencast. This varies in frequency, and takes into account requirements of your work, our clients and your team.
