As client experience director, Sam oversees Opencast’s key client engagements, working with business leaders and key stakeholders, as well as internal client-facing, operational and technical teams. Her team is focussed on ensuring that clients find Opencast easy to work with and that means putting the client at the heart of everything the business does, constantly enhancing client experience and building relationships as Opencast grows. With over 25 years of experience from marketing and advertising, branding to digital and software consultancy, working in both the UK and in Germany, Sam has helped enterprise public and private sector clients such as HMRC, DWP, NHS, DfE, Sage, Royal and Sun Alliance (now RSA Group) and British Airways.
